No, not exactly. Bella Regalo Jewelry pieces are individually hand-crafted and therefore each piece may differ slightly based on availability and natural variation in gemstones and artisan workmanship.
How Can I Keep My Jewelry Looking New?
Many jewelry pieces are delicate or may tangle easily. Please handle your jewelry with care and store neatly. Keep away from perfume, hair styling products and body lotions. Some metals and gemstones may oxidize or change color as exposed to air and water. It is recommended to keep jewelry in an air-tight space such as a zip-lock baggie with an anti-tarnish strip.
Will You Ship My Jewelry The Day I Make My Purchase?
If the item is in stock, your item will be shipped the following business day that the order is received IF the order was received prior to 5:00 PM PST, otherwise, an additional day is required for shipping. If the item is not in stock or is a custom order, your Bella Regalo Jewelry pieces are guaranteed to ship within 2 weeks. Either way, you will be notified by e-mail when your purchase is shipped. Please contact us at orders@bella-regalo.com if you wish your order expedited. Rush orders incur a $20 Rush Fee.
How Much Are Shipping Costs? Handling Costs? Sales Tax?
Shipping is a standard $4.75 U.S. Ground. All packages are insured by us free of charge when the order is shipped. Sales tax (7.375%) will also be added to orders being shipped within California.
May I Request A Refund, Exchange, Or Simply Return An Item?
Yes. Customers are our friends and we want all our friends to be happy with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unworn merchandise within ten (10) days of the order shipment date for an exchange or refund of the cost of your order, not including shipping and handling. Shipping and handling are non-refundable. Jewelry must be returned in its original condition and packaging before the exchange or refund will be processed. You must insure all returns as we cannot be responsible for any lost, damaged, stolen or misdirected packages.
Will You Repair My Jewelry For Free?
Yes, We will replace or refund the cost of any purchase damaged by shipment or normal wear within 30 days of shipment of your order. After 30 days we will repair your jewelry for reasonable materials and shipping fees. Jewelry will not be replaced for free after 30 days of shipment date. You can also take your jewelry to your local jeweler for repair, or perhaps even to your local bead store.
What If I Wish To Cancel Or Change My Order?
If you wish to cancel or change your order for any reason, please contact us immediately at orders@bella-regalo.com. You may cancel or change your order up to 24 hours after it has been placed, provided that we have not processed it. If your order has been processed, our regular return policy will apply (see above for Return Policy).
